Parent volunteers have an important role in the learning success of students and make an important contribution to the school. Parents help to make West Heights a great place to be and we encourage and appreciate any time parents may have to give.
Principals or supervisors who use volunteers, whose participation in a school activity may involved unsupervised access to students, are responsible for ensuring that volunteers report to the Mission detachment of the RCMP to complete a Consent for Disclosure of Criminal Record Information for processing by the RCMP.
You will need to fill out two forms for volunteering. Once completed, bring the Volunteer Application Form to the school office and the Volunteer CRC Letter.pdf would go with you to the Mission RCMP Office. You are required to bring 2 pieces of ID that are Government issued for their Criminal Record Check.
Print and fill out these two forms:
1. Volunteer Application Form (Bring to West Heights Community Office)
2. Volunteer Driver's Form (Bring to West Heights Community Office)
