calming to stop and think
about the positive things in our lives.
Try thinking about or saying 3
things every day that you are grateful for.
Some people write down what they are thankful
for in a journal or draw a picture or think about it before they go to sleep.
Whatever way you do it… try it and see how focusing on Gratitude can help you
feel happier and more positive about your day.
